Phase 1 – what brought you to teaching, your experience as a teacher, your evolving philosophy/belief system/mission that underpins your life as a teacher, etc.?

Phase 2 – what has influenced your thinking/behavior as a teacher as you move through your career – ambition? Religious beliefs? Value system? Feminism? Colonization/de-colonization? Etc.

Phase 3 – How would you like your thinking/behavior to change as your career progresses?  How will you make that change happen?  What does your personal professional development plan hold for you over the next year or two or three?  How will you enact that plan?
